If you’re having trouble completing a payment during checkout, please check the following:
For credit cards:
- Make sure the Credit Card number, CVV, and expiration date have been entered correctly and are the same as is on your card

For PayPal:
- Make sure the PayPal details are correct
- Make sure there is a sufficient amount of funds to cover the purchase
Please note:
If you do not regularly purchase products online using your credit card, or if the transaction amount is atypical of normal account transactions, the charge can be flagged by your bank.
This is just a security precaution used by banks to make sure the transaction is a legitimate transaction initiated by you. In this case, you will need to contact your bank and ask them to approve the transaction in order to complete the payment.
Once the issue is resolved by their bank you can finalise your purchase.
