We will process your refund in the next available business day (allowing for date/time differences between you and us). You will receive a support ticket from us once we have processed your refund.
You will also receive an emailed refund receipt from your payment provider and, depending on your banking provider your refund may take anywhere from 1-5 working days to show in your account.
If the funds are not deposited within 10 business days, contact your bank, and us, and together we will find out what happened and how to quickly rectify the situation.
