You must email us within the 30 days from the date of purchase. Please go to contact page and click on the contact us button. In your email please state:
- Subject: please add the word 'Refund' in the subject line
- Your name and email address you provided at the time of purchase
- The name of the product that you wish to refund
This will create a support ticket in our helpdesk and you will be emailed a support ticket number so that you can keep track of your refund.
We will process your refund in the next available business day (allowing for date/time differences between you and us). You will receive a support ticket from us once we have processed your refund.
You will also receive an emailed refund receipt from your payment provider and, depending on your banking provider your refund may take anywhere from 1-5 working days to show in your account.
Once the refund has been processed, your access to the course will be revoked. You are welcome to continue using any supplemental resources that you have downloaded up to this point, but please do not share with others.
